Privacy Policy

1. Who we are

SparkVit (“SparkVit”, “we”, “us”) is a portfolio-building service operated by Koren Itach, an independent operator based in Israel. Formal business registration is in progress; until it is complete, Koren Itach is the person legally responsible for the service described in this policy. You can reach us at korenitach1@gmail.com.

2. Information we collect

• Account information — your name, email address, and password when you sign up (or, if you use Google sign-in, the basic profile info Google shares with us).
• Portfolio content — anything you choose to add to your portfolio: your bio, professional title, social links, and any images or videos you upload (profile photo, logo, project media, testimonials).
• Billing information — if you subscribe to Pro, payment is handled entirely by Lemon Squeezy, our payment processor. We never see or store your card details — only the subscription status they send us (active, cancelled, renewal date).
• Technical information — standard web server logs (e.g. IP address, browser type) generated automatically by our hosting provider, Vercel.

3. Cookies & tracking

SparkVit does not use advertising or analytics cookies, and does not run any third-party tracking scripts. To keep you signed in, we store a small piece of session information in your browser’s local storage (not a cookie) — it stays on your device and is never sent to advertisers. If that changes in the future (for example, if we add product analytics), we will update this policy and, where required, ask for your consent first.

4. How we use your information

We use the information above to:

• create and operate your account and published portfolio pages;
• process your subscription and keep your Pro access up to date;
• send you account-related emails (welcome email, billing notices);
• respond to support requests you send us; and
• keep the service secure and working correctly.

We do not sell your personal information to anyone.

5. Who we share it with

We share information only with the service providers that make SparkVit work, each of whom processes it solely on our behalf:

• Supabase — our database, authentication, and file-storage provider.
• Vercel — our hosting provider.
• Lemon Squeezy — our payment processor and merchant of record for Pro subscriptions.
• Resend — our transactional email provider (account and billing emails).

6. Embedded content

If you add a YouTube video to a project on your portfolio, visitors who play it are interacting directly with YouTube. YouTube (Google) may collect data about that playback under its own privacy policy, which we don’t control.

7. Your rights

You can review and update most of your account and portfolio information directly from your dashboard at any time. You can also ask us to export or permanently delete your account and associated data by emailing korenitach1@gmail.com — we will act on that request within a reasonable time.

8. Children

SparkVit is not directed at, and is not knowingly used by, children under 16. If you believe a child has created an account, please contact us so we can remove it.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the service changes. If we make a material change, we will update the “Last updated” date above, and, where appropriate, notify you directly.
