Terms of Service

1. Agreement

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of SparkVit, a portfolio-building service operated by Koren Itach (“SparkVit”, “we”, “us”; formal business registration in progress). By creating an account or using SparkVit, you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the service.

2. The service

SparkVit lets you build and publish a personal portfolio website. A Free plan lets you create and preview a portfolio; a paid Pro subscription unlocks additional portfolios, custom naming, and removes the SparkVit watermark, as described on our pricing page.

3. Your account

You’re responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity that happens under your account. Please give us accurate information when you sign up and keep it up to date.

4. Subscriptions & billing

Pro is a recurring monthly subscription billed through Lemon Squeezy, our payment processor and merchant of record. By subscribing, you authorize Lemon Squeezy to charge your payment method each billing cycle until you cancel.

You can cancel anytime from your dashboard — cancelling stops future renewals, and you keep Pro access until the end of the period you’ve already paid for. We don’t offer refunds for partial billing periods; see our Refund & Cancellation Policy for details.

5. Your content

You keep ownership of everything you upload to your portfolio — text, images, videos, and testimonials. By uploading it, you grant SparkVit the limited right to host and display it as part of operating the service (i.e., showing your published portfolio to your visitors).

You’re solely responsible for your content: that you have the rights to use any image, video, or quote you upload, and that testimonials you add are genuine and accurately attributed. SparkVit does not review, verify, or endorse content that portfolio owners add to their own pages, and is not liable for content you or other users publish.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to use SparkVit to publish content that is:

• illegal, fraudulent, or infringes someone else’s intellectual property or rights;
• defamatory, harassing, hateful, or sexually explicit; or
• malicious code, or an attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to the service.

We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate this section, with or without notice.

7. Third-party embeds

If you embed a YouTube video in a project, that content is served by YouTube under YouTube’s own terms — you’re responsible for having the right to embed it.

8. Our intellectual property

The SparkVit name, logo, templates, and underlying software are owned by us and may not be copied, resold, or used to build a competing service without our written permission.

9. Termination

You can stop using SparkVit and delete your account at any time by emailing us. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

10. Disclaimer & limitation of liability

SparkVit is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim arose.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as the service evolves. If we make a material change, we’ll update the “Last updated” date above, and, where appropriate, notify you directly.
